DealerAuction's 24 hours of sweat for Ben
- My Story
One of the emerging stars of lockdown has been Joe Wicks thanks to his ‘PE with Joe’ sessions every morning at 9am. It was intended to get the nations children out of bed but instead it’s got the nations parents off the sofa!
At Dealer Auction we’ve decided to dust off our PE kits and do ’24 hours of sweat for Ben’, which will see the Dealer Auction team do a continuous 24 hour challenge to raise money for Ben, the charity dedicated to supporting people of the automotive industry.
From 9am on Thursday 30th April to 9am on Friday 1st May, the Dealer Auction team will complete a marathon forty-eight 30-minute workout sessions back to back. Team members will pick a PE session from Joe Wicks’ You Tube channel and join a 24-hour conference call at their allotted time to complete their exercise.
All proceeds will go to Ben, a charity that works with people to improve their lives by enhancing their health and wellbeing through its free and confidential online self-help, helpline and support services. A service that is more important than ever during these times of uncertainty and self-isolation.
