Lawgistics Litigation for the Motor Trade is a community interest company (CIC) set up by Lawgistics Limited to offer subsidised legal support to their members requiring help with their court cases.
The CIC provides the motor trade community access to the expertise of the Lawgistics legal team and a fully managed court case service similar to what you could expect to receive from a high street solicitor’s firm but does so without charges per hour worked, per telephone call, or for each piece of correspondence created.
Instead, a Lawgistics member will pay the CIC a fixed fee per court case, of which £10 is donated directly to Ben via this page.
Lawgistics members who win their cases and recover their costs will be encouraged to celebrate their court success with a further donation to Ben.
