My Story

The last months of 2025 saw me struggle with both my mental and physical health. While I am in a better position with both now, I have been looking for a challenge that will not only motivate me to build further, but one that can help others too. And knowing the work that Ben carries out, and the efforts they go to, there is no better cause. 

Ben is the charity dedicated to supporting the people of the automotive industry, providing support for life for them and their family dependents. 

Your donation helps Ben to work with people to improve their mental health, physical health and their wellbeing - whether they are facing a crisis or just need some support to get them back on track.

Ben receives no Government funding and relies entirely on donations.

Whether you make a one-off donation or decide to give regularly, every penny helps us make a positive difference to people's lives. 

I am going to be covering the distance of a half marathon over the five days in April. As I emerge from my health concerns, this is a challenge, but one I am really looking forward to.
