My Story

Ben is the charity dedicated to supporting the people of the automotive industry, providing support for life for them and their family dependents.

Ben have supported me with their services and helped me with some real personal challenges over the last few years, which I may not have overcome without their support. 

Your donation helps Ben to work with people to improve their mental health, physical health and their wellbeing - whether they are facing a crisis or just need some support to get them back on track.

Our team of 5 will be taking on a virtual walking challenge, which will be our own version of John O’Groats to Lands End… Harry Fairbairn Inverness to Ocean Falmouth - a total of 674.8 miles (1086 km)!

Ben works with people to improve their lives by enhancing their health and wellbeing through its free and confidential online self-help, helpline and support services.
